Finding a new partner for each exercise, you will do the exercise then sign your partner’s paper. You and your partner will continue this until all spots have been filled. This focuses on different exercises to move the whole body as well as teamwork.

You do the workouts however you see fit. You can do one per day or knock out three in a row.

These workouts are for anyone and everyone. Whether you’re new to working out or just need options to shake up your normal routine, there will be something for everyone each month.

Set a goal for yourself and choose a reward you get once you meet that goal. It doesn’t really matter what you set as your reward, but try to choose non-food-related rewards, like a massage, a new outfit or a movie.
