Thanksgiving kicks off the binge-fest season today.
So let’s talk about that… Food… And why ‘now’ is the best time to become an official S-curve member.

The fall season binge fest

Like I said in > this post. It’s been long seen as a period in time to dread. Because of the gaining of excess fat, from all the extra food you’re going to eat.
But when it comes to Becoming S-curvish. Many people still overlook the fact that nutrition is queen/king.

They still envision a workout. Whenever they think of changing their body for the better.
Which isn’t a bad thing. But the workouts are only just a trigger for results.
And that is one of the core reasons why you need to become an S-curve member.
Because most of what we change, is how you think. Which can take time. Mostly due to unlearning current day habits and thought processes.
It’s all about getting you to look forward to all the festive season munchies.
Because those effective S-curve workouts, will…
1. Make you hungrier
2. Require/Force you to eat more food, in order to feed the results that the workouts triggered.
Most people do follow through with the increased calorie intake. Because feeling THAT hungry sucks.
And you can’t function.
What causes people to fail this process. Is not being consistent with everything.
– They might not stick to the S-curve workout plan ‘exact’ (That caused them to get hungrier).
– Which might have been caused, due to busyness.
And that right there, is another core reason to become an S-curve member. Because it’s the turning up in the 121 chats, that will help you stick to it.
It’s a super duper source in your life, that manages the thoughts and events that need to continuously/consistently happen, in order to win physically and mentally… For good.
It’s all about walking away after 1-3 months, as a changed person.
A formula that will  stick with you forever.
And for you to return from time to time, for a recharge/refresh.
Thanksgiving… Is the first of several upcoming munch-fest events, where you get to slow down for a moment. And focus on eating.
All those extra nutrients that you’ll eat. Are helping you much more than they are hurting you.
The fat that you do gain from any foods you eat, will be temporary
1. Because you’re active as an S-curve member.
2. It takes a long time for real fat gain to build up.
So it’s not even an issue.
Next up… We have…
– Christmas
– New years week
– Maybe valentines
– Easter
You should absolutely look forward to these events, when it comes to eating more, in order to Become S-curvish.
What’s even more important… Is looking forward to all the fun that you’ll have.
Because one rule within the S-curve formula. Is that you should only eat foods that you like the taste of.
And if you don’t like the taste, but need to eat it. Then we always have an A-C food rating strategy, to add to the taste. Like adding whey, hemp seeds on oats.
After Easter… We have the summer months.
And you’ll be outdoors more often. And are encouraged to live parts 2-4 of the S-curve Xperience to the max.
That’s why we’re all here and what we all look forward to.
It’s our bug picture goal, to bring everything/everyone within the Xperience together. Online/Offline….
Becoming a member now. Will guarantee that you’ll be 60-100% S-curvish, long before the summer months get here.
And becoming a member… Will ensure that you’ll never have to be fixed, ever again.
For a lot of people… The following is the mindset that needs to be embraced.
Because if you’re failing. Chances are… There’s something you’re not doing. Or are doing, but incorrectly.
This is the same mindset that helped us, build the S-curve formula.
For us… We too don’t know sh*t about you.
Until you answer these questions…
1) Are you on FB messenger? (Compulsory now… @ you don’t need to be ‘on’ Facebook, the website).

2) Your age/weight/height (To tailor your nutrition plan).

3) The foods you can’t eat or don’t like… Also, the foods that you actually eat on a weekly basis.

4) If you’ll be working out at home or the gym…

5) Your ‘work life’ schedule.

6) If you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee with weight training….

7) The main problem areas that you want to fix on your body.

8) A day one selfie/belfie if possible.

9) Have you experienced any pain or injury that still affects you today?

10) The time you’ll workout + Current home equipment
And only then… Can we start working our magic.

To conclude

Most people who dig deeper and become more involved, stay involved, years after doing so.
Buying supplements
Becoming a member
Embrace TC2.0
Partner program
Here’s another new S-curve partner program member (Most are starting young at age 18-21).
These are all ways to get deeper within the S-curve Xperience.
It’s how you win.
