Let’s talk about what a Friday USUALLY looks like in S-curve world. Since the world is all funky and fudged (Our F word) up right now…
– Embracing 2-4 day Travel-curvish 2.0 trips
– Embracing cheat snack shenanigans… ALL DAY
- Little to no S-curve workout shenanigans
NEXT… No surprise here…
EVERYONE… Across the globe, is stuck at home, in quarantine mode, due to the coro, coro… OH NOOOO.
The gym is of course, a part of the S-curve formula. And you’ll need access to one, if you want to trigger results, beyond what you see, at the 7-14 day noticeable results stage.
You can survive without the gym… Once you reach 60% S-curvish results (Takes 1-3-6 months… Depending on how fat/skinny you are when you ‘seriously’ start).
A level that a lot of people are happy with (At least for a while).
And so… The S-curve Member Program (SMP) steps in, with it’s S-curve workout videos to follow, on the go.

Having no access to the gym itself isn’t the core issue.
It is indeed a part of the S-curve formula. And you’ll always embrace using one.
– Less so… After that result is achieved.
It is of course… A strong part of my own weekly routine. And… The gym is used as a part of the S-curve Member Program.

1. No ‘testing to see what works’…
This was the big focus early on, when creating the program in 2011.
At first, it was me, testing out the effectiveness of different exercise variations. And I spent 1-2 years… Matching ‘science’, against real world first hand experience.
Once I did… I was able to see how certain exercise variations would effect different people. Based on their…
– Exercise history/experience
– Current day injuries
It was around 2013… When S-curve members started to become the guinea pigs, instead of me.
Members like Monica…
Who were deeply invested in the program.
And would continue to embrace it, as the program evolved.
It’s now 2020. And A LOT of members, from all around the world, have passed through the program since then…

Of course… And as I said in that Insta mini post above. The S-curve workout is only a part of what helps fix you.
But in regards to testing what works… The ‘workout/exercises’ was an area that took up most the time.
Today (Since 2016). You simply do what we show you to do.
After… Answering these questions…
1) Are you on FB messenger? (Compulsory now… @ you don’t need to be ‘on’ Facebook, the website).
2) Your age/weight/height (To tailor your nutrition plan).
3) The foods you can’t eat or don’t like… Also, the foods that you actually eat on a weekly basis.
4) If you’ll be working out at home or the gym…
5) Your ‘work life’ schedule.
6) If you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee with weight training….
7) The main problem areas that you want to fix on your body.
8) A day one selfie/belfie if possible.
9) Have you experienced any pain or injury that still affects you today?
10) The time you’ll workout + Current home equipment
Most of which, will be answered via our initial chats, before moving ahead with actual 121 coaching chats.
2. Getting up close and personal (Daily)
We’re of course, talking about 121 coaching chats here. And it’s the main variable that dictates how much you’ll end up paying, during any one month on the program.
– More 121 chats = More invested = Better/Faster results
– Less 121 chats = Less invested = Good/Slower results
As you can see in this post…
We’ll usually jump between the two, over time.
In the past… The motivation, was all about before and after pics.
In 2020… The focus has shifted to screenshots of 121 chats.
Because it’s the stuff that goes on, surrounding the chats… That causes your results to boom.
Because it’s where you’ll spend most of your time. Unlike the 30-60 minutes that you’ll spend in a workout.
The big problem everyone has… Is dealing with outside distractions.
Living in the chats, as an active paying member. Means that there’s less room for outside distractions.
And that is why S-curve members win.
And of course… Why the S-curve workout isn’t the strongest part of the S-curve formula.
3. Can all be done… Anywhere in the world, gym or no gym
And right now… The ONLY place you can workout, is in or around your home.
Because even public facilities have been shut down.
This is happening globally.
And as you can see via our S-curve Partner Program members… It’s all about the home workout.
In regards to the S-curve member program… All the main program workout videos are pre-recorded.
And they have been designed, so that it’s easy to turn an exercise that needs to be performed in a gym… To the be able to be performed anywhere.
In the gym
– 25kg dumbell
– Single leg squat/Isolation hold regular squat
– Super rep
Of course… That is mostly effective… If you need to shred fat or build strength.
Then that won’t help you much. Other than maintain results.
But right NOW… THAT, is OK.
Because that’s all you’ll need, in times of crisis
– Busy at work
– Busy travelling
– A global pandemic (Like coronavirus) shutting everything down.
And so… Starting the program… Means that you can continue on embracing effective workout activities. Regardless of where you are in the world.

Can be recorded by ME… From wherever I am in the world.
These usually come into existence, when we need to change something, based on the new things we learn about YOU along the way.
Like when an exercise keeps causing you discomfort. Even when it’s an effective exercise (Which has happened).
Fortunately… We have a database (Personal knowledge and documented knowledge) of knowing what to switch to, when that happens.

– A smartphone
– The internet
4. The nutrition fix!
Because everyone screws up here.
– It takes commitment.
– There are distractions.
– It affects you at all times of the day… Unlike a workout, which is 1 hour max in a day.
That’s why people screw up.
But this is the no.1 reason why you should entertain becoming an S-curve member.
Because it’s the no.1 thing that fixes the ‘physical’ YOU.
Random workouts posted online… All over the place…
We’ve been doing that since 2010.
But even back then… The reason that we posted them… Was for motivational purposes.
Those random videos don’t really help you achieve real results.
Especially when going for 60-100% results.
It’s why we still receive messages like this…
And why we created this post recently…
In short… Your time should be spent, ensuring that the food you eat, is affecting your results in a positive way.
There is indeed a process to mastering nutrition. When the goal is to look like this…
And there are several posts, videos and podcasts that you can binge on, to learn what the process looks like.
Becoming and S-curve member, means knowing what the process will look like for YOU.
It’s different for everyone. As people come into this, with a different set of attributes.
We’ve been doing this for over a decade now.
A lot of people started to detox from social media in 2019.
But all it took to reverse that trend. Was hardcore rules set by all governments. All in the space of 2 weeks.
So for us… It feels like going back in time to 2010. When the world was just getting used to the new social media world we’re entering.
Also… It’s now a VERY real reality, for people to HAVE to grow their individual or business brands, digitally. As #socialdistancing has entered the forefront of our existence.
