Now… This topic has been covered before.

But that posts highlighted the fact that all of the above, is something WE do.
In this post. We’re going to get into the actual foods.

Some self history.

I’ve personally embraced all of the above for years.
Fave situations…
– Samosas and tea… In india (It’s different when you eat/drink the source ingredients/recipes)
– Eating rice, coated in vine leaves
– Drinking ‘fresh’ sugar cane juice (It’s different when it’s fresh)
Both in Egypt…
Ya… Nothing beats first hand experience.
Oh… And going on island tours in Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. Where the lunch break looks like this…
Seriously… This is easily the best thing to look forward to, outside of the process to Becoming S-curvish.
Is all good and great. And it’s a daily life structure/shenanigan, that should be fixed and fun. As that’s where we spend most of our time.
But beyond that… It’s all about…
– Finding fun foods/Ingredients
– Experiencing that on Travel-curvish 2.0 trips

It’s a wonderful looking mall, that you’ll probably never see it in real life. Because it’s located in a place, that is…
1. Outside of a main city area
2. Located in a place where no one has a reason to visit… Unless they work there.
But in that mall, they open new restaurants almost every month (The mall is 3 years old).
Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, American franchises (Like Denny’s).
So my ‘Air time’ breaks… During a typical day…
Has me experimenting with every new restaurant that I find.
Some are unique too.
– Ice cream shops
– Cake shops
– Salad shops
Just… Unique variations.
A perfect place to embrace…
– Finding fun foods/Ingredients
– Experiencing that on Travel-curvish 2.0 trips
So I’m deep in the game. A true guinea pig of this part of the S-curve meal structure/formula (Just like when I created the S-curve member program and tested everything on myself first).

Shopping for foods

In general… You’re either…
– Buying the same foods every week
– Trying different foods
When food shopping.
A lot of people stick to a regular shopping list. Which is OK. But can also be a reason why some people experience weak results.
Because of course… It’s food and varied ingredients, that feed the growth that S-curve workouts trigger, via effective exercises.
Sometimes… People stick to a regular shopping list, because of a lack of time.
If that’s you… The following is something that you could experiement with….
Automated curated foods delivered to your door
I played around with this in the past.
I did so… Because my chef at the time, was on a break.
And so… I had cooked foods delivered to my door, daily.
It was actually quite good. The only downside, is that the portions were tiny (For me).
Today… The S-curve partner program is all the rage. And individuals and businesses took immediate notice of it, in this first month of 2020.
A lot of which (Products/services)… Look like a good fits within the S-curve Xperience.

The goal here… Is to find (Or create) products/services, that allow you to experience what everyone is doing in all the pics and videos.
Aka… Living a variation of the S-curve Xperience.
About the 2 new findings above?
Like I said… I’m taking my time with each find. And building out solid relationships.
But the above 2… Is aimed at those of you who don’t have time to go out and experiment. Just like how I didn’t, when I lost my chef.

The restaurant

Note: Hey… Make sure you watch that video. It’s EXACTLY the kind of thing that goes on here!
Hitting up restaurants regularly. Is all about…
1. Having fun with food.
2. Embracing your new found knowledge, in regards to > S-curve nutrition shenanigans.
When it comes to having fun. It’s all about finding meals on the menu, that you actually enjoy eating.
Aka… We like to taste our food!
Usually, this comes at the expense of adding D-F rated food ingredients to help with that.
But not always.
With your new found knowledge. You’ll easily be able to look at any ingredient list… And identify witch foods rank from A-F.
You can note these down. And over time. You can create your own meal/food combos.

To conclude

The fun is never ending when it comes to food.
Which is a part of the S-curve Xperience that you’ll embrace… Long after your initial S-curve workout shenanigans start to slow down.
