I’m talking about the actual structured/planned S-curve workouts from our official regimes.
Of course… All recorded by me, over several years.
In short… The way that we go about doing workouts… Knocks you out and forces you to rest you body.
Which of course, means getting more hours of sleep a night… Consistently.
We have the Aphrodite S-curve workout routine.
– Weightlifting equipment is required (A gym)
– High reps
– High sets
– High no. of exercises
– Heavy weight
– 4 workouts a week
It’s brutal. And you’re advised not to do it for more than 4 weeks at a time (A long break until you do it again).
And… To perform the hardest S-curve Aphrodite workouts, from Monday to Wednesday.
Of course… You’ll > eat S-curvishly
. As not doing so on a routine like this… Could actually make you get sick.
But after those first few workouts…. You are 100% achieving 6-8 hours of sleep a night. Consistently… Without fail.
The second way…
Is via the help of our new S-curve Partner Program (SPP) business.

Having a mattress like that in your possession. Will make sleeping, a wonderfully pleasant experience.
My favorite thing. Is when the pillows and mattress start moving built up body heat away from your body, as you sleep.
This helps you sleep without any interruptions.
Achieving deep sleep, within 2 hours, instead of 4 hours.
Bear mattress has been hard at work adding new product lines to help with this too.
