#3 Improved daily lifestyle
Of course… This part of the Xperience coincides with ‘…For OOTD/OOTN/Bikini attire’.
As that is the 1st step to living an improved lifestyle.
The next step… Usually happens at some point during our 121 coaching chat sessions.
Because for many… The S-curve formula simply re-structures the things you’re already doing in your daily life.
– Eating – We change when and what you eat
– Working out – We change the type, duration, location
In 2019… (Starting back in 2018). We set off on a quest to meet 1-5 new people ‘near daily’.
Usually at hot spots within the city. Which had ME, working remotely on my laptop, in public places.
Public… As people are more open to communicate with strangers. Unlike when you sit at a private table in a coffee shop.
Which is how I end up in spontaneous pictures like this…
It’s worked so well this year. That I had to detox from meeting new people (Back in June). Although I’m back on schedule ‘today’.
Out of the many ‘working’ people that I met. The no.1 problem that people had. Was a broken lifestyle.
They were all stuck in a rut. Constantly working. Constantly stressed (You could see it), constantly eating crap (> D-F rated foods) at meal times. And ultimately unhappy. Especially when they see me and the vibes that ‘I’ give off (A positive one… Always).
So our goal is to fix how YOU operate, during these periods of the day. Because that’s the foundation.
‘Improved daily life’… IS the foundation. When the goal is to Become S-curvish and remain that way.
Once we do start achieving in this area. Daily life starts looking like…

It’s Friday morning. And you’re ready and set for a 2-4 day Travel-curvish 2.0 trip, which will last until Monday.
It’s Friday. So all of your ‘hardcore’ workouts of the week have ended.
At 60% S-curvish levels and beyond. There usually wouldn’t be a need to get an S-curve workout in, on a Friday morning.
However… You know that ‘these’ workouts energize you. Energy… Which you’ll want plenty of, on this weekend. As you can see, at what commenced.
And so… An S-curve Short Splits Routine it is. And then… It’s goooo time.
Excited to head to the airport/Bus/Boat.
To let the people in the vehicles behind you know… :D.
Weekend enjoyed. Motivated @ all areas in life. Ready for the next in 4-6 weeks.
Spring… And the build up to the summer season (If you live above the equator).
It’s our duty to get you hyped for it.

Becoming S-curvish/Shred-curvish (Women AND men)
Women and men?
– You all know that we started our journey helping men in 2009.
– Then women from 2012 onwards (When we started the creation of the > S-curve formula).
Dig into that post. As it answered a lot of the questions that we received at that time, in 2018 (1 year ago).
Now… A question that came in during this Q & A focus week…
How do I lose belly fat (And be attractive)
Well… The ‘attractive’ part is subjective. However… Becoming S-curvish usually does improve that area of your appearance ‘significantly’.
There are > A LOT of posts that you can dig into to get that answered for you. And if that is too time consuming. You can instead, strike up a 121 conversation with us and start a > 121 chat coaching session in the same chat window.
On this day… I’ll just tell you how. Right here.
#1 Start doing the hardcore S-curve workouts. Regardless of what your current day body looks like.
Because you’re going to have to increase your food intake, wether you’re under weight or over weight.
Changing the shape of your muscles, requires the tearing up of muscle fibers. And more nutrients and more food to enter your guts. As muscles only change when you feed them.
Those S-curve workouts are going to make you hungry.
Which will force you to eat more. Which you might not do otherwise
#2 We are focused on losing belly fat here. So you will have to reduce your ‘crappy fat’ in take, in the near term. As we need to focus on removing the crappy (saturated) fat that you’ve already built up.
It’s just a case of looking at all the foods you eat (Food labels). And to choose foods that have less saturated fat. You’ll then end up eating around 40 grams of fat total, everyday.
You can just leave that job to us of course. And just eat what we tell you to eat.
#3 Our goal is to achieve noticeable results with 7-28 days.
If you enter our world ‘skinny’/slim. Or have a naturally high metabolism.
Then you’re most likely going to achieve a 7-14 day result, like Victorias above.
Outside of that. It’s usually a 28 day effort.
Beyond 28 days?
The goal is to get you to at leat 60% S-curvish by month #3.
Because then… The S-curve formula has proven itself. And your immediate worries are over.
At which point… You can either…
1. Keep going @ results
2. Start living it up via the other parts of the S-curve Xperience. Maintain and/or head for 90-100% S-curvish results over time.
