How to Build Your Gym At Home

Fitness is something many people take seriously, but the problem to achieving their goals is lack of the essentials that could help. With a good gym, it is easy to achieve one’s fitness goals, but on many occasions the subscription system comes as a heavy burden that one cannot withstand. If you are dreaming of building a gym at home, then you are not far from achieving your dream as these tips could be a good starting point.


Locate the Venue

First thing you have to understand is that you need space on which you can build the gym. This space could be in your garage, a spare room in your house, or in the open on your backyard. Make sure to choose a perfect spot that is encouraging for exercise. You don’t need a big area for this as you could easily set up a gym in a small area and still have all the equipment positioned well.


Barbell and Weights

You can easily find a barbell. There are two categories of barbells that you can choose from, which are the Olympic and standard types. For the standard bars, they measure one inch in diameter and have a one-inch hole going through the plates. These are suitable for light application and are not very suitable when you want to do heavy lifting. That is why when starting you need to begin with them as they are good for nurturing before you shift to heavier options.


Stocking your Gym

Apart from the weights mentioned above, you have a lot of things to add to your gym to complete it. You may not need a ton of equipment, and you will also not need to spend a lot of money acquiring them. Amazon has amazing offers that you can embrace. There is inexpensive equipment you can find at amazing prices that will serve you well. The trick is to get one after the other over time and you will end with a fully-stocked gym.

Make sure to have a bench and various ways to work out as you could easily tire yourself with one option. Have the right shoes, which you can also order at competitive prices online. Good shoes will make squats and lifts easy and should have grip so you don’t skid while performing different workouts.


Organizing Your Gym

After you have brought all the equipment you need, next thing you must do is to add order to the gym. You can work with a garage gym builder to get your gym fixed at a competitive rate that will leave you with an awesome space on which you can work out. Sometimes you might not have the experience to arrange items in the perfect manner, so working with someone who has the expertise is important. 

Working out is a good way to keep the body in shape and many people dream about having their own workout space at home. However, the lack of ideas keeps them from building a gym at home. The ideas above could help you start your own gym at home without having to spend a lot.

Buzzers… TGIF…

Yesterday… I talked about my Wednesday night shenanigans at a ‘property’ event.

I’ve talked a lot about putting myself in your shoes recently. And one other thing that I learned from being there that night. Is that there’s no way I would be jumping into an 18 month payment plan, without having super SUPER trust levels, with everyone that I’m involved with.

And the big thing of course… Is that I would need to really want it.

It doesn’t matter if it’s all high quality. It needs to be the right fit for ME (The same way stages 1-4 or the new ‘experiments’… NEED to be the right for for you).

So ya… That’s one other reason why I said yes, to going to her event.

As once again… There’s always magical insight in every situation, that most of us tend to miss.

And because of all the chats that happened. I’m now going to share my favorite blueprint tips with you. Along with the ones that naturally come out of my mouth the most, when talking to people.

Let’s get into it…

#1 You can still eat whatever the fudge you want (‘Fudge’ is our ‘F word’).

It’s all about having the intention of going A-rated, whenever you decide to put food into your mouth.

But you can indeed, still eat whatever the fudge you want (At the times you’re told you can) once you’re living the S-curve formula.

#2 The secret = Going A-rated with food + Effective workouts.

In almost all conversations that I have, with those who want to fix/improve. It’s evident that they’re simply doing the wrong thing or not enough of the right thing. With food and workouts.

And the quickest way to know that you’ve been doing it wrong. Is to start, by implementing that secret.

Most will just talk or do nothing though. And that’s one reason why we have a solid program in place.

Putting a little cash down, always encourages commitment to the cause.

#3 You don’t even need supplements. They just help along the way, at certain stages. Especially as you progress beyond the 4 week noticeable results stage.

And of course… In both cases. It’s about getting addicted to > food labels.

The feeling…

Buzzers… Thursday…

You know… In daily life… There’s always at least one person that you’ll bump into on a regular basis. Who will try to make you feel like s***.

It could be down to envy, jealousy or simply because that person is feeling like trash. So they’re offloading that onto you (Smelly trash).

That issue is super present today. Just look through the comments on social media posts.

> This…

Is making the problem worse too. As I’ve highlighted twice in the past week. But in S-curve world. Our job is to make you look and feel like a better version of yourself.

And being the person who is in charge here at present. I have to lead by example.

Like yesterday…

I sent the newsletter out early. Because I went to meet up with > this lady. She lives in the same area as me. And we got talking one day.

She works in real estate. And she did indeed invite me to one of her events. Events… Where properties are presented to potential buyers.

Most people would say no to the invite. And if it’s a guy that she invites. They’ll just say yes. With a sneaky intention to strike up a date scenario at some point along the way.

I personally don’t need a ‘date’ (Hehe). And I did indeed say yes. I’ll tell you why… And you’ll learn why in a sec.

But this is what happened…

– Met up with her and several of her colleagues.

– Met her boss… Along with a fellow guest too.

– Ending up teaching the boss how to do his job more effectively, using online marketing strategies.

– Ended up learning about ideal properties that I’ve been eyeing up for the past 2 years or so (Close to

hiking or beach spots outside of the main city).

– Ended up teaching her about some S-curve stuff. Having an early night out + Building relationships

+ Letting her see how I am around the people that are close to her and around complete strangers too.

– Ended up having a continued late night out (TGIF nights out on a Wednesday).

So… The reason I said yes. Is because you don’t know what you don’t know.

And a lot of times. There are magical connections in place, that we are blind to. Simply because we don’t say ‘yes’ more.

And today… I’ve woken up, with eyes wide open.

And… She’s now getting a trial S-curve workout/chat/hangout session today. Which will be over by the time you read this.


Me saying yes… Lead to an increased knowledge base @ every one that came into contact with one another.

And she… Ended up feeling like a better version of herself. Even though it’s early days.

Wait… > Experiment #1

We’ve pretty much exposed every part of what we do @ life. The good stuff, bad stuff… And everything  in-between.
So, in regards to being ‘open’ about stuff… The way to approach experiment #1. Is to do the 4-6 weeks.
– If you like the results by weeks 4-6… Continue on.
– If you don’t… Just take all of the content created, up until that date. And then continue on by yourself. It’ll be harder to do on your own. But you can still succeed on your own. At which point, you can return for extra help, if you feel that you need it.

Buzzers… Wednesday…

The newsletter is going out a little earlier today. As I’ll be away for several hours, during the regular newsletter period.

Putting myself in your shoes @ trying new things

All of which you’ve seen me talk about in recent months…

The more I do that… The easier it is for me to see what’s it’s like for you, as you read, watch and play the content that you see here and on More buzz.

Because you’re simply learning as much as you can. Way before you even consider jumping onto a program that you have to pay for.

This is something that’s…

– Going to take up your time
– Dig into your bank account balance
– And MUST have a super valuable outcome
Putting myself in your shoes, makes it much easier to write these newsletters too.

It’s like a friend writing to a friend. Telling them what they expect to see from something they’ve already experienced themselves.

Which is why, an introduction from a friend/family member, is so much easier. As the trust is already there.

Like > these girls who came from stalking > her FB timeline.

Or just you… Reading these newsletters, looking at the back stories.

#1 – Because stories are cool.
#2 – You just get to feel the history. And you’ll instantly know if it’s authentic…. Or not.

And because of the internet, it’s too easy to do due diligence now.

So if there is any trash info about a brand or service that you want to use. You can easily find out. And if you want current day info. Just check the LIVE streams on their social media accounts.

You’ll see comments galore. And you can check to see how they’re interacting with their fan base.


Today… As a person that’s still presenting the S-curve shenanigans to you….

Just to tell you, that I’m currently experiencing ‘doing’ new things. And knows how it feels, wanting to pull the trigger to go all in, before actually doing so.

Let’s blueprint tip

#1 Your weak looking body parts

Can always be fixed by finding exercise variations that trigger growth in certain muscle groups.

It’s different for everyone.

For me… It’s calves. My lower calf muscles will never look uber strong. But I can target the smaller muscle groups down there, by pointing my feet outwards and inwards on the rep. And by bending my knees slightly. And by going ‘hard at it’ on Monday – Wednesday workouts.

This is what we find out, during your first 1-2 months as a member.

Once we find these things. It then becomes much easier to speed up your results. This is why 121 coaching and the LIVE update member page ‘rules’.

#2 Quick fire reminders

– Add A-rated raw foods to your cooked meals @ nutrient boost. Like Spirulina to your shakes. Or leafy greens to your cooked meat/rice meals.

– Do Mon/Weds/Thurs workout weeks as the norm. And do Mon/Thurs/Sun workout weeks, when you want to start seeing a results boost.

The key factor in this scenario. Is the increased rest period between the days.

– Stop holding your breath during sets. It’s killing your rep numbers. Which leads a decline in results.

Five Amazing Weight Loss Hacks you Need to Know

We all know the accepted wisdom about food and dieting, but not all of us have the time or the inclination to wait for the expected results. Fortunately, there are a lot of weight hacks which can be used to shorten the process. Losing weight is about more than just dieting, and the hacks are ways to incorporate these into your daily life. Most of the hacks listed here are easy to do and use daily, without any way of getting in the way of your daily routine.


Drink More Water

Drinking water is a good way to keep yourself feeling full, both by itself and with food. Water tends to get into food and bulk it up, which can make you feel fuller when eating less. If you drink it on its own, then it can fill your stomach, and stave away hunger pangs when you are between meals.

Drinking more water than usual will also help you to feel better more generally, which can help to further your weight lossgoals by spurring you on to be more active.


Fool your Senses

A simple trick for helping with weight loss is to use smaller plates than you normally would – this can help to fool your brain into thinking that you eating the normal amount of food, and so help you to feel full while eating a smaller amount of food overall.

This can also apply to drinks glasses as well, particularly if you are still drinking alcohol while losing weight.


Leave your Sauce on the Side

Rather than having sauces for salads and other meals already applied, leave them on the side, so that you can control how much sauce you use. When eating a salad, most of the calories will come from a sauce, so it is important to keep an eye on these things. Mixing your salad and sauce to your taste can also help to dispel the notion that you are on a diet in the first place.


Use Food Substitutions

While eating, try and make some food substitutions, with a lower-calorie food taking the place of high calorie ones. Don’t take it overboard, because this will work best if the transition is one which is completely painless. Having food substitutions is one of the easier ways to help your own weight loss plans, because it can be done without any fanfare.


Eat More Vegetables

Eat more vegetables. Not only are they good for you, but because they are lower in calories you can eat more of them, and so fill yourself up.

Dieting and weight loss can range from simple diet and exercise to surgeries like those offered at Hacks aren’t normally enough to work on their own – you need to have an actual plan for sustained weight loss if it is to happen properly – but they can fill in some of the gaps which crop up in any weight loss plan, and help people feel more in control.


Getting butt is easy

Buzzers… Tuesday…

That is… The things you actually have to do today, in order to get the butt, is easier than ever before.

Let’s checklist…

– iPhone/iPad present
– Wifi/data present
– Yourself… Present
– Ankle weights/Resistance bands present
– Any gym
– A supermarket near by

In terms of becoming S-curvish, that’s all what’s needed. The advancements in tech in today’s world, has  made all of this possible.

And on top of that… We’ve constantly made stages 1-4 more ‘super duper’ as time has gone on.

Even small changes, like > this recent update. Which makes for a nicer experience @ moving through  the stages.

What makes ‘butt’ hard to get (Yes… We know it’s much more than just the butt), is the challenges that arise @ living life. And nutrition shenanigans.

That’s where we spend 90% of our time @ S-curve members.

Just remember… Don’t start any program’s… Based on price!

Start… Based on the value that you want to get out of the thing you want to start. Like… You could book a 5 star hotel on an island.

But it’s a waste of ‘stars’. If you’re going to be spending most of your time on the island. And not within the hotels amenities.

Value says… Spend the money on tours, events and outdoor activities.

In regards to stages 1-4…

That would be like starting at the $20 stage 1, just because you want some kind of fix because you see a low price point.

You start stage 1, to warm you up. And to see if you want to go longer term that point.

That’s what smart money does. And it’s what almost all past stage 3 members did, before they reached stage 3.


Blueprint tips

#1 The other week, I spoke > about this.

We don’t do any of that s**t on here. The S-curve experience, is all about improving the lifestyle you’re already living.

– There’s family
– There’s jobs, careers
– There’s nights out in the city
– There’s travel trips (TC2.0)

That’s real fudging life being lived. And we navigate our way through it, so that it’s being lived better. The above checklist helps with that.

Just understand that everything we do, is LIVE and in the moment.

#2 Shifting the fat that sits above your waist/On your sides

It’s the most problematic area to deal with, other than your lower belly.

We have effective exercises in place to aid and speed up the shift. But the only real overall solution, is long term consistency.

Even myself… I have that issue. And my body fat levels have always been super low.

– You can cheat snack
– Still eat whatever the fudge you want at times

Which is required if you want a ‘soft lean’ S-curve physique.

But to keep your waist tiny, with very little fat present, with a > plump butt to match. Then you’re going to have to keep working the S-curve formula for months. Even 1-2 years.

That’s definitely a job for stage 3.

So again… You need to eye up stage 3 for the value proposition. And not for price. Because I know this is tough to achieve, whilst living an ideal S-curve experience lifestyle, without some help.

Never say never until…

Never is not an option!

Buzzers… Monday…


We announced > experiment #2 over the weekend.

Which kinda coincides with today’s newsletter. And if that experiment resonates with you. You should have no problems starting, if your trust factor on here, is high enough (Usually after reading a gazillion newsletters over a number of months or years).


You know… In today’s world. There really is no excuse to not having what you want. As there’s opportunities all around us.

But there is a time limit on the opportunity to take advantage of them though.

– That one program that could create change in your life, is currently at a lower price. Or the creator that you’re watching, is still a part of it.

– New potential stocks and investments.

– Fixing parts of your fitness/health. As there currently is no anti-ageing pill in existence (More about that soon though).

This happened with stage 3 over on More buzz.

Stage 3 has improved over time. But the core of stage 3 (121 coaching and member page), is mostly the same.

And > Yani… Along a few others back in 2015… Got in when stage 3 was $66 a month.

Most of them won @ results like she did. Any many more have won since then too.

But the fact is… They got in early. When the opportunity was at it’s best deal. Which is LIVE proof in S-curve world… That you should not leave opportunities waiting in the wind, until never is not an option.

What about the losers though?

I recently joined in on a team, that is doing amazing things for the finance world. And they showcase a lot of their wins with their product/service.

And some of their twitter followers were complaining about not showing their ‘loser stats’.

In ‘that camps’ it’s scenario. You have to pay to see the losers.

But in S-curve world. I’ll just tell you. I won’t show you all the individuals, as some are a work in progress + privacy for them. But I will show you one. Since I worked very closely with her.

> This lady

She was losing… Then she won. And then she started losing again.

She was losing… Because she was doing everything wrong (In other areas of her life too). Which lead to inevitable fat gain. And didn’t start winning until she got real help from solid sources.

The winning

You will start winning quickly, if you’re coming from a situation like that. But the real issue, of not taking action earlier, may start to show, as you exit the noticeable results stage.

– Saggy skin
– Results now taking a lot longer than usual (It takes longer than usual anyway @ ouch)

Losing again

This is what will happen, if you don’t stick to long term help at this stage. Because it really is that hard to keep going.

You need the long term, to help boost your mental strength. Because you will have a lot of hissy fits. Some, due to impatience.

And on top of that, you’ll start to revert to your old ways. That’s like the lady from > yesterday’s newsletter.

She was literally one ‘yes’ away from never being the ‘fat girl’, ever again.

But the opportunity got thrown away.

Will there be new opportunities? And can you start that opportunity again?

In her case… Yes.

But the dynamics of the situation will always change.

– Maybe you’re busier this time around.

– Maybe you have more challenges in front of you.

– Your motivation and excitement levels may have died off (This is a big one)

That last one

Think about that special love that you once had in your life in the past.

Maybe you broke up, due to some BS situation.

But the love that was felt… The wonderful times you spent together… Was so strong. That you decided to get back together.

But as you did so… You both quickly realised that things weren’t the same. The magic had disappeared. So it ended.


The best time for any present opportunity is always NOW.

That’s a rule for all of us.

Don’t leave things until never is not an option!

NEWSFLASH – Experiment #2 is here!

Buzzers… Saturday…

You all know about the > scenarios that I spoke about towards the end of 2017.

And this year (2018)… We’ve started to make them official.

Those scenarios, are how members from the past, ended up working through it all, during their time as active S-curve members.

So these experiments are here, to gauge which ones resonate with you the most ‘today’.


> Introducing: Experiment #2

3 months on a lifestyle phase
> Option #1 – 3 payments of $150
> Option #2 – One payment of $320 (Yup… Being serious about it, gets you rewards like that… Even though I know money isn’t a ‘thing’ for you at these prices)
They need to be auto-payments @ option #1. So that you can ‘set it and forget it’. This will allow you to focus on the task at hand.
I’m introducing this experiment to you now, since we are now in February. And you need to start NOW, if you’re serious about looking S-curvishly ready by May/June. At a time where you have no choice to be more naked, due to the rising temperatures @ Spring/Summer shenanigans.
Starting any later than ‘now’ is too late. So if you’re happy with the trust levels between us at present. Then let’s begin.
Remember though… You ‘start’… So that you don’t ever have to ‘start’, ever again! You should be reading
these newsletters, as a non-broken individual. So that you can fully enjoy the rest of the S-curve experience.

We’ve been gradually shifting away from just a ‘physical fitness fix ‘ ONLY… Over the past several years.

Wanna know why?

Because your mind and your lifestyle is what causes any mess that you have found yourself in.

If you fix or improve those areas of your life. You ultimately improve the physical fitness side of it… For the long term.

So ya… 80% of the visuals you see on our social media accounts, is body image focused.

Bodies that are present in these settings…

> For OOTD/OOTN/Bikini-curvish attire > Improved daily lifestyle > Travel-curvish 2.0 trips

But that just gets you in the door. And once you’re in. You start to see that it’s about a lot more, than just the butt.

Butt do you know though?

Buzzers… Friday…

January is over. And as usual, the year officially begins for most people. Life gets busy. And if you aren’t living it ‘right’. Then you’ll find yourself putting out fire after fire.

Fires… That seem to be starting in different areas of your life, unexpectedly. Which ultimately leads to a year that see’s more bad than good happen.

But again… Only if you aren’t living it right.

One way to solve that issue… Is to put helpers in different parts of your life. Which leads me to today’s subject line.

You don’t know what you don’t know

I get to see this a lot. As I aggressively push new people into our world. They walk in, acting like they know it all @ certain areas of life.

Only to talk to us. Learn our back history. See the newsletter. To then realising that they don’t know as much as they thought they did. Especially in regards to becoming S-curvish.

At which point. They take the ‘know it al’l hat off. And become students. And then they start to become successful.

We > don’t know sh*t either

If you look at our back story. You’ll see that our entire existence has come about from a series of tests. A lot of trial and error. Learning about YOU. And just being students of life ourselves.

So we like to be a shining example, of how you too should be… When walking into stages 1-4. Or even other parts of the S-curve experience.

The great thing about having a back history full of proven testing. Is that it gets us to success a lot quicker.

Conclusion @ short newsletter Friday

This is kinda like a part 2 to yesterday’s newsletter. But as a reaction from stuff that’s happened LIVE and in the moment. From conversations @ the day before.

So once again… Be a student. Because being a grown adult does not mean that you know it all.

Buttcoin – How much do you want it?

Buzzers… #TBT…


One of the main reasons for our existence on here, is to change your mindset.

Because chances are… It’s broken in some kind of way. Which is probably why you ended up on here in the first place.

That’s not a bad thing BTW. And you’ve seen the times when my own mind was a little fudged up too.

Which is the complete opposite now though. And it has to be… As I’m still a part of the S-curve formula that helps YOU.

So walk in… Let the chains off… And be like the kid version of YOU. Who is never scared to try something new.

Today’s subject line

It’s a TBT. So let’s look backwards a little.

Now… If I look back at the members from previous years. The ones that succeeded the most. Were…

– The ones who allowed themselves to be students.

– Those who really wanted it. But wanted a sure fire way to success.

We live in an era where there is zero tolerance for asking dumb questions. Like… You can see the results pages and all the convos that show success. The LIVE stuff too (Which is always shown on here).

That’s your friend ‘due diligence’ in action. Once you’ve got that all cleared up. You just need to start. If you want it bad enough. You’ll start.

We live in a time where everyone is connected. So for every person that stalls. They get left behind by the action takers.

That is causing some of the real > jealous behaviour (Not from illusions). So don’t be a stall-er, if you’re happy with your friend due diligence. Because it causes that jealous behaviour.

Things move fast in today’s world. As I said earlier this week. And I of course know all of the above. As I get to see it constantly.

So we’ve made the ‘starting’ part of everything as friendly as possible.

Because I know what it feels like to start new things. Which you’ve seen me do several times @ the >back story’s (The one on More buzz too).

You just need assurance at this stage.

So you have…

– The > new stage 1 (Scared to start)

– The > new stage 2 (Less scared to start)

– The > experiment for stage 3 (Not scared to start)
